Emerging from a bamboo hut surrounded by the stunning big stones, rice fields and palm trees of Hampi in Karnataka (South India) around New Years Eve in 2008, this little tune was inspired by an earlier visit from the “Turtle Duhks” to our house in Sligo: a visit that made me fall in love with old time music.
